1. Introduction & Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 35bt platform and all of its services. By accessing the platform via the 35bt website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
35bt ("we", "the platform") is an online betting and casino service provider operating under an international gaming license. Built for Bangladeshi users ("members" or "players"), the platform is fully supported in Bengali.

2. Account Registration & Management
A valid account is required to use 35bt services. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.

- Each person may only register one account. If duplicate accounts are found under the same individual, both may be suspended.
- Your account is personal — sharing it with others or selling it is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after registration.

Warning: Opening an account in someone else's name or providing false information is a punishable offence. All balances in such accounts will be forfeited.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with 35bt. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform, and 35bt enforces this without exception.
- A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification at the time of registration.
- Providing false age information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
- Parents and guardians must ensure that minors cannot access this platform.
- Accounts may not be operated from regions where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
Access is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. 35bt is committed to the protection of minors.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activity on 35bt are governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 35bt determines there is a valid reason to do so.
Sports Betting:
- All bets are settled based on real-time odds. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final.
- If an event is cancelled or suspended, 35bt will decide in accordance with its own policy — bets are generally refunded in such cases.
- 35bt reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error.
- 35bt is not liable for bets that fail to register during live betting due to network issues.
Casino and Slots:
- All games use internationally certified RNG technology — results are entirely random and unbiased.
- If your connection drops during a game, the 35bt system will automatically determine the outcome.

5. Payments & Transactions
35bt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please wait 15 minutes before contacting support.

General Bonus Terms:
- Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount.
- Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same person or household is not allowed.

9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 35bt and will result in immediate account closure:
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Intentionally exploiting any system vulnerability or bug.
- Harassing or defrauding other members.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
Consequences: Accounts found in violation of prohibited activities will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and legal action taken where necessary.
10. Account Closure & Termination
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your available balance before doing so.
- 35bt reserves the right to close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
- Inactivity fees may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period, in accordance with our policy.
- Your transaction history will be retained even after your account is closed.
11. Changes to Terms
35bt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
